Founded in 1996 (as SMSim Limited), Global Strategy Dynamics exists to publish and distribute Microworld learning environments for management education and development. Our aim is to develop such tools, to publish them and promote their widest possible use. We aim to make our products easily useable and affordable to individuals, academic and corporate education professionals.

Founding partners include Dr Kim Warren, of London Business School, and Dr Paul Langley, formerly of Westminster University and now at McKinsey & Co.
