About Strategy Dynamics Ltd

Incorporated in 1996 our focus is enabling improved performance through the application of view of strategy that focuses on key resources of the enterprise - whether it is a commercial business, a not-for-profit enterprise or any other sort of organization.

We provide learning materials, training and strategy services to individuals and to commercial, academic and not-for-profit organizations.

Our materials are written in-house and most of our software is also developed by us or associates so we are able to offer quick and personal assistance as required.

With the publishing of "Strategic Management Dynamics" our focus is moving towards online course materials to enable anyone to get access to this new approach to strategy.

Christina is an accountant by training and has, since incorporation, been responsible for all back-office operations. With assistance from an associate programmer she is responsible for this website and our Microworld interfaces.

Microworlds from Strategy Dynamics are successfully used in in-house and executive education training events in general management, system dynamics and strategy.

Designed to be used in small groups these simulations create a risk free learning environment and foster team building.
