mystrategy^® can be used in two modes:

Drawing Mode produces a diagram showing how factors are linked and drive performance, including graph data for historical and projected values of key variables.

Simulation Mode adds to Drawing Mode models with equations that allow you to run simulations. This not only provides a strong sense-check on the strategy, but also allows you to run 'What-If?' analysis for different policy options and assumptions.

Specific features making the software intuitive and powerful include:

• explicit time-charts for every variable that changes over time, enabling strong understanding and validation of how the business is performing – models ‘do what the real world does, and for the same reasons’.
• including estimated data for unknown items alongside actual and simulated data enables management to check assumptions and intuition
• import of time-based data from spreadsheets enables models to be consistent with existing information
• export of data and editable diagrams enables persuasive presentation materials to be created
