Overview
The Corporate programme allows a company to lock into a discount schedule based
on forecast licences.
Software installation is made available to your IT department ensuring that
your IT policies are not compromised and you have full information about where
installations are.
You can deliver the reader to all staff via the company intranet or programmed
software installations. Publish information on acquisition of full licences on
your intanet and consolidate invoicing.
On entry to the program GSD provides a coupon to enable individual activations.
This is valid for worldwide offices and subsidiaries providing maximum
flexibility.

Example 1 - how it works - initial numbers of licences known
CorpX Ltd identified 40 staff members who would find the software useful and
signed up for an initial 40 copies.
GSD provided a copy of the software to the IT department, together with an
information sheet about the software for use on the intranet and details on how
to obtain a full licence.
The individuals earmarked to recieve a full copy had the software installed
under CorpX's normal installation procedures and policies and were advised how
to go about obtaining their unlock code. In addition all staff were advised of
availability through normal information routes. and invited to apply for free
reader copies, ensuring that the primary usere were able to share results with
others.
Example 2 - how it works - no risk approach
CorpY Ltd identified an interest in the software but had no idea what the takeup
of it was likely to be. Additionally, any licences had to be paid for through
departmental recharges as software costs in this company are allocated to the
department involved.
GSD agreed a small admin charge for setting up the following system. We then
provided a copy of the software to the IT department, together with an
information sheet about the software, for use on the intranet, and details
about how to obtain a full licence. GSD sets up an account for CorpY on the
basis of an initial 10 copies, an invoice to be raised at the end of each month
for licences are delivered.
Staff were advised of availability through normal information routes. and
invited to apply for free reader copies, installation of which was dealt with
under CorpY's normal installation procedures and policies. Individuals were
advised that they could apply for a full copy at a cost to their department,
and, once the request is approved, they were advised how to go about obtaining
their unlock code.
This no-risk approach meant that CorpY was able to approve all installations
and only pay once full licences were taken up. As the approved requests reached
the initial number CorpY was able to move to the next discount band, with an
adjustment being made for copies already taken up.
Example 3 - Pre-licensing
CorpZ Ltd wanted to provide pre-licensed copies to participants on a workshop so
they could install "on the spot". Their IT polices provided that installations
were possible without admin rights so long as no entries to the registry were
required.
Note: This option is ONLY available for orders for 25 or more copies, with
delivery on CDRom. Prices are per the schedule below PLUS 10% and shipping
costs. No credit is available for unused copies.
GSD provided CD copies of the software pre-licensed to CorpZ and shipped them
to the workshop location for distribution on the day.
