This stand-alone PC simulation focuses on balancing the growth of 'demand side' resources (savers) and 'supply-side' resources (service staff).

Introduces and demonstrates important dynamic concepts by means of a non-complex simulation and materials. This is a small-scale simulation, reflecting the start-up of a low-cost, direct-service savings bank, similar to the 1998 UK launch of 'Egg'. Specifically, the challenge is to turn the business into a sustainable, strong profit generator within 36-48 months.
