Collection of your Personal Information

If you register on any of our sites, request information or place orders for products or services, we will ask you for information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. The personal information collected may include your name, title, organisation name, e-mail, phone, address, information about your job function and/or organisation. This information is used to fulfil requests and orders and provide relevant support and services to you.

Our Sites may also collect certain information about your visit, such as the name of the Internet service provider and the Internet Protocol (IP) address through which you access the Internet; the date and time you access the Site; the pages that you access while at the Site and the Internet address of the Web site from which you linked directly to our site. Payment systems using Stripe are enabled on this site and on sdcourses.com. If you purchase from these sites we will use your personal information to provide you with information about the product or service that you have bought, including updates and notifications. This includes feedback on, and tracking of, course elements accessed.

If you sign up for a newsletter or agree to receive promotional e-mail, we may use customized links or similar technologies to track e-mail links that you click. We may associate that information with your personal information in order to provide you more focused e-mail communications or purchase information. Each e-mail communication includes an unsubscribe link allowing you to stop delivery of that type of communication. Mailing list services are provided by Active Campaign.

If other companies are engaged to provide limited services on our behalf, such as marketing or answering customer questions about products and services, sending information about our products, special offers, and other new services we will only provide only the information they need to deliver the service. All online services used have been verified as conforming with EU GDPR rules in force from 25 May 2018.

Strategy Dynamics may disclose personal information only if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) conform to the law or comply with legal process served on Strategy Dynamics or the Site, (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Strategy Dynamics and our family of Web sites; or (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of Strategy Dynamics employees or agents, users of Strategy Dynamics products or services, or members of the public.

Control of your Personal Information

Except as otherwise described in this and our summarised privacy statement, personal information you provide on our Sites will not be shared outside of Strategy Dynamics and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your permission. As described below in the next section, you can access your personal information and make choices about how you wish to be contacted.

Strategy Dynamics may send out periodic e-mails informing you of technical service related to a product or service you requested, or confirming you requested a product or service. In some services offered, contact with the customer is an intrinsic part of the service. You will not be able to choose to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered an essential part of the service(s) you have chosen.

Security of your Personal Information

Strategy Dynamics is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Additionally, we are neither party to, or store information on sensitive personal information (such as a credit card number) and use a recognised third party providers for the provision of subscription and payment services.

• Un-registered visitors: We save IP address, browser information and data on site pages visited. Retention period 1 month. IP addresses are used to help prevent attacks on our site.
• Registered visitors, where there are no paid purchases: In addition to IP address, browser information and data on site pages we save first and last name, e-mail and encrypted password. As from August 2023 Accounts are deleted after one year from your last visit.
• Customers: If you make a monetary purchase on our site we also store order details and your address for the processing of the order. As from August 2023 detsils regarding your address are deteted from our database after three years, however we retain information on the order placed and we do not delete your account. Details of your transaction are also retained by Stripe. Under your right to be forgotton, please contact us for assistance if you wish your information to be deleted.

Use of Cookies

We use cookies on our Sites to ensure the integrity of the registration process and to personalize the websites. A cookie is a small text file that is placed on your hard disk by a Web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. CPRA

Our revenues, the number of visits from users within the state of California, and the number of customers, fall substantially below the limits required for applying CPRA to our sites. Additionally, we do not share or sell any of our visitors or customers information. CPRA requirements are therefore not applied to our site.
