  • Where can I find my download links?
  • Go to the "My Library" link near the top right of the page. When you are logged in you will be able to access links and see order information provided on purchase for materials you have requested from this site.
  • Do I have to register?
  • You do not have to register with us to use our site. However we reserve some content (videos, worksheet materials) for people who are registered on the site. As part of the registration process we will ask you to confirm your email address.

    If you have not registered when you make a purchase or download request, you will be requested to set up an account.
  • Why do I need to confirm my email address?
  • We send out information about download links by email and we need to establish that your contact details are correct. This is also to try and prevent spam.

  • Is shopping on this site safe?
  • Yes. Transactions on the shop are dealt with securely. All payments are dealt with through Stripe and we do not have access to your card details.
  • What currencies can I pay in?
  • We accept payment in Sterling, US Dollars and Euro. Unless your card is in Dollars or Euro we reccommend that you pay in British Pounds otherwise you may have further conversion charges applied to your payment.

  • How long does delivery take?
  • Our sales are digital products so you should see order confirmation on screen after a successful purchase. This information and your invoice are also sent out by email.
  • VAT for UK customers
  • The UK VAT rate on digital sales is 20%, and this will be added at checkout if you are in the UK

  • VAT for EU customers not in the UK
  • We are required by law to collect VAT on orders for digital products, including PDF books, delivered to countries within the European Union. For EU customers, the VAT percentage charged varies by country. For customers with an address within the EU, VAT charges for your order will be shown on the last page of your order, in the e-mail confirmation of your order and on your invoice.

  • I want to claim a refund - what do I do?
  • Please contact us and let us know your order number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds on digital product is at our discretion.
  • How long will items stay in my shopping basket? If I leave the site and return, will my items be saved in my basket?
  • If you have signed up for an account then items will remain in your basket even if you leave the site.

    If you do not yet have an account then any basket items will be removed after a short interval (about 1 hour).
  • How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?
  • Go to the View Basket screen by clicking on "My Basket" in the top right hand corner of any page on the site. You will be able to view all items in your shopping basket. To change the quantities of any item use the +/- buttons by it and update the basket by clicking on the "Update basket" button to right of the basket listing. To clear your basket completely, click on the "Empty Basket" button.
